Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving their order.

Our returns process is simple. If you are not satisfied with your order, have received the wrong product or if the product is faulty or unsuitable, please contact our customer service team by email at support@rose-b.com. Our team will be on hand to assist you with returning the product and issuing a refund.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both unsatisfied and defective products. Actual return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer to the shipping company.

Return labels: Digital return labels can be requested by sending an email to support@rose-b.com.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a refund within 5 days via the payment method used when placing the order.

Important: Only products in new condition are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they show signs of use.

"New": This refers to products in unopened original packaging and items that have not been used.

Return the items and pay the return shipping costs.
You will receive your refund within 5 days of receiving your return.
"Please note": For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of certain items including bikinis, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, bras and socks. We understand how important it is to find the right fit and style, but the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. However, if you have any problems with an item you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Cancel your order:

You have 30 minutes to cancel your order. After this period, we can no longer cancel the order. To cancel, send an e-mail to support@rose-b.com within the first 30 minutes.

What to do if you receive a damaged item:
